Log Off Citrix Session Using Citrix Director Application Use the Citrix Director application to force Citrix to log off a user whose session is stuck Applicaiton is available on link https://cerner.cernerworkswan.com/Citrix/SUPPORTweb/if your AD account is a member of "Mercer\Cerner_Citrix_Director" group Log Off Citrix Session Open the application from the support page Once the app is launched, you will be presented with the following logon screen: Fill out the fields with the following information: Username <personal AD username> Password <personal AD password> Domain: MERCER Once you login, you will be presented with this overview screen: Clock the Search box in the top right corner to search for the user with a hund session In the "search for User" Box, type in the username and it will populate like this: Click in the blue area from the screen shot above and it will take you to the Activity Manager. Click Log Off to end the users Citrix Session.
